Can you survive?

Jay Otterstrom and I, began the journey of creating our own Table-Top Role-Playing game way back in 1987. It all started with the “world’s most popular” role-playing game and a few others. I created a few characters, Jay would create some, and we’d draw what we imagined or dreamed. Then we’d add a story to that character, which soon became a world, a universe all its own. We even placed ourselves into the game as prominent characters, for the reasons and as the catalysts for how everything would take place. Jay’s character is Crystal Reich and my character became Scarlet Ordred.

Before we knew it, several friends and classmates joined to help us play-test this massive creation. It didn’t take long for everyone involved to exclaim their love for our project and to share how much they enjoyed it far beyond the other games we were playing. A few years later, a best friend of mine, Ryan Figgins, not only helped to play-test the game but also played a character to max level and retired that character to the game as an NPC. The half-shark man, half Mariaqua, named Silent Rage, was forever immortalized in the story’s canon and strengthened the legacy of the grand crime lord, Razorfin. 

Many amazing NPCs, known as the Primes (the supposed creators of the Twin Universe), along with the Orb Keepers, Elemental Masters, and the many faction leaders, have their respective domains and influences throughout the Crystal Ordred. Although there are thousands of factions within the Twin Universe, which is split into the Positive and Negative Universe, the two main factions have ultimate control. The G.E.F. (Galactic Earth Forces), which fights for the “cause of good and justice”, is constantly battling against their sworn foes, the D.L.U. (Dark Lords United), who believe ruling through fear, power, and dominance is the only way to rule the Cosmos. Will you side with the G.E.F., the D.L.U. or will you remain neutral and, like so many others, attempt to steer clear of the conflicts between them?
